I do accept couple appointments.
For special occasions like bachelorette parties , birthdays, and just a typical exhausting day needing relaxing time.

My appointment consist of
A 60 min full body rub coconut oil or oil of your choice or lotion or some may require nothing at all. I'll set a mood of relaxation music therapy sounds of the ocean or rain drops to relax the mind. Hot rocks or hot towels . I do stretch to make sure all muscles are relaxed.



For training and meal prep be based on how many hours and what package you get.

Will set body goals


For any handyman labor be based on the job duties can discuss that once you call and explain what need to be fixed

Car cleaning
Depends on car size and what cleaning packet you wish to get

Tire replacement, oil change , clogged toilet, door knob placement, clean your vehicle
